It’s time for ice cream girls!
The popsicle is the right ice cream for our body! 
You can adapt it to your taste, and be sure that your body won’t be damaged…
The popsicle can be create with all you favorite fruits or vegetables. 

How to do:
  • Place the fruits,some stevia and cream low fat into a blender,
  • blend on High speed until the mixture is smooth. 
  • Put the mixture into ice pop molds, and insert sticks or handles.
  • Freeze until firm, several hours or overnight.
